Great location in the centre of old town - building was super modern within an old facade on a quaint little square. Facilities were excellent as was the restaurant and staff friendly and helpful.

Teruel is a small town and I suppose this is the best hotel you can get there. Do not get me wrong the establishment will live up to your expectations as a four star hotel. It is centrally located, rooms are spacious and clean and there are plenty of facilities.

The large room was very well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of light. Everything worked well and was in perfect shape. Very large and comfortable beds. Location was excellent. Restaurant outside the front of the hotel had a menu with some really tasty things on it, at reasonable prices. Very easy to find the hotel due to the signs.

The staff were amazing ! So helpful with our arrival and directions to the car park. The rooms were faultless. The best ever bathroom ! Excellent location, right in the centre and very safe and easy to potter around this delightful old town. Don't be put off by the lift car park. It is plenty wide enough for a large Chrysler Voyager Grand and although a bit tight, not an issue negotiating a space, it would be quite ample for an average family sized car. Regarding directions, just get to the Hotel and they will help you with luggage before you take the car round to the garage lift, very close by.

This newly renovated hotel was amazing in the way it maintained the integrity of the old building and keeping some of the original pieces blended with the latest in design and features, including a lift for your car to park in the parking lot. Very cool! There is also a nice area where they show all the renovation and pictures before and after. The location was superb and also quiet in the old town area. Such a pleasant surprise for our first time visit to the city of Teruel. The buffet breakfast was very good and wide range of choices. The hotel offers various types of pillows to help with your sleeping needs. First time seeing this!

First the convenience of the car park. Easy to access, spacious and secure. Worth the €18 daily charge. The beds were so comfortable and the room was spacious and very modern. Aesthetically the style of the hotel is very beautiful combining both modern and Mudejar decoration. The breakfast spread was very good, everything delicious. The evening dining room served a very good dinner, but perhaps too generous in size that we couldn’t eat it all.

Beautifully clean and modern hotel, a stones throw from the centre of Teurel, location was great as was the private parking (it had a car lift, what fun!). Our room was modern with a balcony and a bed so big I thought my wife had disappeared lol The bathroom was ultra modern, large and really spotless, well done housekeeping. Walk-in shower and a bath! All in all a great stay with charming helpful staff who were very attentive to our needs and I think well priced for the quality.

This hotel is fabulous, it is situated in the middle of the old center of town in Teruel, making it the ideal place to start exploring this beautiful old city. The hotel was completely rebuilt from the ground up, maintaining the beautiful old front, and we understand it only opened its doors to the public earlier this year (2022) The hotel is good reachable by car, as it includes an underground parking. My spouse and I left the car there and never needed it during 2 ½ days stay as everything is good reachable on foot, strolling the old center, having some food or a glass of wine in one of the many restaurants and Tapas bars. As always, a hotel is as good as the people working in it, and we had a most pleasant stay from the reception onwards to having a lunch on the terrace outside the bar, having breakfast in a well-equipped breakfast room, or dinner in the dining room.

Best hotel in town, point. Very centraly located, all main sites, restaurants, etc... at your doorstep. New hotel with good size room and bathroom, big smart tv and comfy beds.
